This means learning a new profession. In our case, it means training women and veterans to acquire a profession in demand in Ukraine in a field where there is a demand for workers combined with decent wages.
Our courses for women are suitable for women who do not want to work in an office, stay at home, are tired of communication and routine, are disappointed in their profession, have lost their previous job, want a decent salary, want to realize their dreams and feel independent. At the same time, it is important to meet the basic conditions of the chosen course.
Courses for veterans are suitable for veterans who have been in civilian status for at least six months and are interested in studying, learning a new profession, and working in that field. We pay special attention to the ability of graduates to use the acquired knowledge and skills to support other veterans on their way to social adaptation and return to professional life.

In addition, you need to set aside time every weekday evening for lectures on theory at a driving course and additionally for taking tests and preparing for the exam. And training to become a career counselor requires at least 50 percent involvement during the internship and preparation for certification. With this in mind, we advise you to plan the time required to successfully complete the course in advance.

The Reskilling Ukraine project does not provide employment for graduates of retraining programs, but we make a lot of effort to increase their chances of finding a job. In particular, we introduce our graduates to various employers who are looking for specialists to join their teams, create a field for acquaintance and dialogue between them, send graduates current vacancies of our employer partners, etc. In addition, we can help them prepare for interviews and write resumes.
Definitely not. The average age of our graduates in 2024 is 41. In general, the portrait of our candidate is a married middle-aged woman with children.
